About Me
I was born and raised in Orange County, California — and this place shaped who I am. The people, the pace, the communities I grew up in left a mark that I carry into everything I do. Whether I'm working with clients here at home or anywhere across the state, I bring that same grounded, community-minded approach to every transaction.
Beyond real estate, the part of my life I'm most proud of is the family I've built. I met my wife in 2010. She immediately saw that I'm someone who builds things, who puts care and craftsmanship into what he does. The more she got to know me, the more she found that what she saw was what she got — no pretense, just someone who shows up the same way every day. Genuine, grounded, and consistent. We've been building a life together ever since. We have two kids and a third on the way. Everything I do professionally is ultimately for them. They're the reason I work hard, the reason I care about doing things right, and the reason I never cut corners.
My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of how I move through the world. It shapes the way I treat people, the integrity I bring to my work, and the peace I carry even when things get complicated. It's there in everything — in the way I show up for my clients, in the commitments I make and keep, and in the kind of person I'm trying to be at home and in business.
Before I ever held a real estate license, I spent over a decade working in permit expediting and entitlement consulting. I worked directly with city, county, and state agencies, coordinating alongside architects, engineers, and builders to navigate approvals and move projects forward. I helped bring homes, restaurants, and investment properties to life — not by selling them, but by working through the process that made them possible. That experience gave me a practical understanding of property that goes well beyond the transaction — zoning, approvals, development potential, and the details that can make or break a deal before it ever reaches the market.
I became a licensed agent because I wanted to serve people through the full arc of what real estate can mean — not just the transaction, but the decision-making, the strategy, the long-term thinking. I knew the technical side. I wanted to be the person guiding the human side too.
When I'm not working or being with my family, I'm most likely in the garage. There's a deep satisfaction in restoring a classic — honoring the craftsmanship of what was built, bringing it back to what it was meant to be, and preserving something worth keeping. That same value for craft carries into my woodworking and home remodeling — I like building things with my hands, solving problems that have real weight to them, and creating something that will last.
When we pull away from home, it's all about family time — loading up and heading somewhere we can be fully present together. We love the mountains and lakes, whether that's camping under the trees, hitting the water on jet skis, or just slowing down somewhere away from the noise. Giving my kids experiences that shape who they are, memories they'll carry with them long after they've grown — that's the kind of father I want to be and the kind of childhood I want them to have.
I also play music — drums, guitar, electric and stand-up bass, mandolin, and banjo. It's one of those things I come back to when I need to slow down and just be present.
If you've made it this far, you probably get a sense of who I am — someone who takes his work seriously, loves his family deeply, tries to live with integrity, and genuinely cares about the people he works with. That's not a pitch. That's just who I am.
I'd love the chance to earn your trust and help you with one of the most important decisions you'll make. Let's talk.
