About Me
I'm an Orange County native and know these communities well. I bring local knowledge and experience to every client I serve across Southern California.
Prior to becoming a licensed agent, I spent over a decade in permit expediting and entitlement consulting. I worked with homeowners, entrepreneurs, developers, architects, and other professionals to guide their projects through city, county, and state requirements and secure the approvals that turned their vision into reality. That experience gave me a unique and valuable insight into property, and I bring that perspective to every transaction.
I became a licensed agent to serve people through the full arc of what real estate can mean — not just the transaction, but the decision-making, the strategy, and the long-term thinking. Whether buying, selling, or investing, real estate is about building a life. Helping people establish a solid foundation for theirs is what drives me. The last few years have made that more challenging than ever, which is why having someone in your corner who understands the full picture matters.
Beyond real estate, the part of my life I'm most proud of is the family I've built. I met my wife in 2010. She immediately saw that I'm someone who builds things, who puts care and craftsmanship into what he does. The more she got to know me, the more she found that what she saw was what she got — no pretense, just someone who shows up the same way every day — genuine, grounded, and consistent. We've been building a life together ever since. We have two kids and a third on the way. They're the reason I work hard, the reason I care about doing things right, and the reason I never cut corners.
My faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of how I move through the world. It shapes the way I treat people, the integrity I bring to my work, and the peace I carry even when things get complicated. It's there in everything — in the way I show up for my clients, in the commitments I make and keep, and in the kind of person I am at home and in business.
When I'm not working or being with my family, I'm most likely in the garage — restoring classic cars, maintaining newer ones, or tackling woodworking projects. I like solving problems that have real weight to them and building things that last.
When my family and I get away, it's all about being fully present together. We love the mountains and lakes, camping under the stars, hitting the water on jet skis, or just slowing down somewhere away from the noise. Creating memories my kids will carry with them long after they've grown — that's the kind of father I want to be and the kind of childhood I want them to have.
I also play music — drums, guitar, bass, mandolin, and banjo. Rockabilly, rock and roll, bluegrass, oldies — the kind of music that pairs well with a garage full of classic cars and enough tools to keep me busy.
At the end of the day, I'm someone who takes his work seriously, loves his family deeply, lives with faith at the center, and genuinely cares about the people I serve. I value integrity, I build things that last, and I show up the same way every time. That's not a pitch. That's who I am.
I'd love the chance to earn your trust and help you with one of the most important decisions you'll make. Let's talk.
